After our most recent round of investment, we were looking to start the process of building our internal talent acquisition team. We had huge growth plans in the pipeline and we needed to lay the foundations to support this. I’d worked with the team at ScaleTech on a number of occasions previously, as they had helped me with a number of hires over the years, with Tellerimis and previous positions in which I’d worked. Whilst we strategized around our way forwards internally, we consulted with ScaleTech who demonstrated to us their Infinity solution. We decided that, before we commit to our initial plan of building internal talent acquisition, we would trial Infinity on a 3 month basis. The results where fantastic. We grew the team by 12 people in the first 3 months, and going off our original budget for Talent Acquisition, we saved thousands of dollars at the same time.
